Head of Customer Relations @ Enterprise Estonia

Eero Liivandi holds the role Head of Customer Relations in Enterprise Estonia for over 7 years. Operating portfolio of 500 top innovator entrepreneurs in Estonia. Supporting Estonian companies in topics like business development, innovation, digitalization, internationalization and funding. Member of the entrepreneurship grants evaluation committee for 6 years. Has a Master´s degree in International Business from Estonian Business School.

Mark William Kharas

Senior EU Advisor @ Norwegian University of Science

Mark Kharas is the Project Administrator of the Horizon Europe project BIAS: Mitigating diversity biases of AI in the labor market that researches how AI is used in Human Resource Management and develops new technology to identify and mitigate the biases that these technologies can create or exacerbate. He is based at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology in Trondheim, Norway, where he is a Senior EU Advisor, working with researchers in the Department of Neuromedicine and Movement Science and the Department of Interdisciplinary Studies of Culture who are applying for large EU grants. He has a Master’s degree from Harvard University.

Soumya Kanti Datta

Founder and CEO @ Digiotouch

Soumya is the Founder and CEO of Digiotouch. He has 12+ of R&D and business development experience on AI, Cloud Computing, and Cybersecurity. He demonstrated his high impact technology development at reputed international events. Soumya is a Senior Member of the IEEE and has received awards from IEEE WF-IoT 2019 (Ireland), EU Datathon 2018 (Belgium), IEEE TenSymp 2018 (Australia), IEEE ISCE 2017 (Malaysia), and IEEE GCCE 2015 (Japan) for his research and leadership in the IoT. Soumya graduated with an M.Sc. in Communications and Computer Security from Telecom ParisTech, France and upskilled on XR from MIT Sloan School of Management.

Mariana Carneiro

Assistant European Projects @LOBA

Mariana Carneiro is a European Projects Assistant at LOBA and a proud member of the BIAS project.
With a degree in Fashion Design from ESAD - Escola Superior de Artes e Design, she discovered her passion for marketing and communication while working as a copywriter and social media manager for a luxury brand.
The transition to EU funded projects turned out to be a great opportunity to venture in new challenges and to creatively apply her out of the box expertise in a completely different field.
On the side, Mariana has been establishing her growing presence on social media as a Formula 1 content creator and is currently developing a podcast that focuses on pop culture.

Head of Membership Development @ Crowdhelix

Cais Jurgens has been the Head of Membership Development at Crowdhelix for over 7 years and is responsible for growing the academic and industrial membership base of Crowdhelix's international network and collaboration platform.
