- HORIZON-CL5-2026-09-D4-04 – RIA – Validating policies and business models for affordable and sustainable housing (Built4People Partnership) Research on policy mixes and business models that deliver affordable, climate‑neutral, high‑quality housing, addressing social inclusion, energy poverty and governance.
- HORIZON-CL5-2026-09-D4-02 – IA – Low disturbance prefabrication approaches for deep renovation of multi-storey buildings (Built4People Partnership) Innovation/demonstration of prefabricated, industrialised renovation solutions (façades, MEP modules, plug‑and‑play systems) that minimise disturbance for occupants in multi‑storey residential or tertiary buildings.
